Skillz FC programmes

One game.
Three pathways.

Football can be a pathway for development, education, opportunity and positive change.

Nurturing skills. Inspiring dreams.

More than football.
A way to grow.

Our connected programmes develop young players, bring quality football into schools and use sport to create opportunity for children and young people.

What we develop

More than a
football toolkit.

Every session develops the game and the person behind it.

Girls' football

A place for girls to
play, develop and belong.

Girls' football is a growing part of Skillz FC. Our programme gives young players a supportive environment to develop football ability, confidence, teamwork, leadership, resilience and belief in what they can achieve.

More than training

Train. Play.
Compete. Grow.

Players develop through training and playing. Alongside regular academy sessions, they can take part in friendly matches, tournaments, league competitions and competitive fixtures.

These real game environments help players apply what they learn, make decisions, overcome challenges and continually improve. Development is not only about winning—it is about learning, enjoying the game and growing at their own pace.

School training
02 / School football

Quality football,
built into school life.

We partner with schools to make structured, age-appropriate football part of the school experience—not simply an after-school activity. Football becomes a practical space for physical development, teamwork, discipline, leadership, confidence and positive decision-making.

03 / Community impact

Football as a force
for lasting change.

We support boys and girls from vulnerable communities in Nairobi who may otherwise have limited access to organised football, education and the opportunities that come with them.

A child's circumstances should not determine whether they get the opportunity to play, develop and dream. Football can open doors—but education helps young people walk through them.

Creating access

Where possible, we help remove barriers to participation through training, football equipment and essential sporting needs.

Supporting the girl child

Football activities, life-skills education, mentorship, positive guidance and sanitary-towel drives create room for girls to grow with confidence.

Football & education

We work towards pathways that connect meaningful football development with continued education and future opportunity.

Community sustained

Gridless, Pacific Insurance, families, friends and well-wishers help make this work more sustainable. We welcome more people who want to create meaningful change through football.

the next step?

We cannot promise every player a professional career. We can promise an environment where they can learn, play, belong, compete, grow and dream.
